The XSynchronize
function returns the previous after function. If onoff is True, XSynchronize
turns on synchronous behavior. If onoff is False, XSynchronize turns
off synchronous behavior.
The specified procedure is called with only a
display pointer. XSetAfterFunction returns the previous after function.
